Request for Evidence Protocol
Attorneys representing plaintiffs in Camp Lejeune lawsuits have petitioned the court to establish a protocol for storing individual plaintiffs’ evidence.
The need for such a depository arises from the extensive timeline of events involved in this litigation, spanning over seventy years, with relevant evidence ranging from tangible items to records and documents stored in various physical and virtual media. While much of the evidence is currently stored electronically, converting other tangible documents may prove impractical or excessively costly and time-consuming.
