Addressing Plaintiff Fact Sheet Compliance
Defendants in ongoing litigation have raised concerns regarding the submission of incomplete Plaintiff Fact Sheets (PFS) by certain Plaintiffs’ firms, alleging an attempt to bypass Case Management Order #9.
According to defendants, this tactic results in delays in issuing PFS Warning Letters and grants plaintiffs additional time to meet their PFS obligations. While not widespread, approximately 65 plaintiffs have submitted entirely blank PFSs, prompting scrutiny from defendants and a call for increased compliance among plaintiffs’ legal representatives.
